Women's Group - Visual Diary

This is a small Art Therapy group session for up to 5 women. This session will look at keeping a 'visual diary', a journal of quick daily drawings from a place of non-verbal expression. What we feel, especially during these challenging times of the pandemic, cannot always be simply put in words.
